Hellen

Hellen is an 84-year-old woman from Boi Village, Kenya. She enjoys tending to her small kitchen garden and spending time caring for her family. Hellen works hard to support her grandchildren and hopes to see them succeed in their education and build a better life in the future. Despite her age, she remains determined and committed to their wellbeing. She lives in a simple dirt house with a sheet metal roof. Sponsorship enables elders to eat well, access healthcare and medication, and connect socially with a community that fosters a sense of belonging.
