Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a 59-year-old woman from Nzaiku Village, Kenya. She enjoys going for walks and spending quiet time outdoors. Elizabeth lives with epilepsy and also has a visual impairment, which can make daily life challenging. She lives with her youngest son, and together they share a single-room grass hut. Despite these challenges, Elizabeth continues to face life with resilience and appreciates the support and care of those around her. Sponsorship enables elders to eat well, access healthcare and medication, and connect socially with a community that fosters a sense of belonging.
