Creative Specialist

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
The Creative Specialist creates and curates engaging visual, video, and digital content that supports Chalice’s mission and strengthens its presence across social media, web, and promotional channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Communications team, and colleagues across the organization, this role transforms stories, photos, and ideas into compelling content that inspires awareness, engagement, and support.
The Creative Specialist contributes to creative planning and campaign development, supports the launch of communications initiatives, and ensures all content reflects Chalice’s Catholic values and faith-centered mission.
Communication Specialist
Job Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate will be committed to Chalice’s mission “To reveal God’s love in action by serving the poor, with the Global Catholic Community” and will be primarily responsible for identifying, shaping, and telling compelling stories that communicate the mission, values, and impact of Chalice. Working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Communications team, and colleagues across the organization, this role develops clear, engaging, organization-aligned copy and creative concepts that ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling across all channels. This role plays a key role in translating lived experiences into clear, compelling content that builds awareness, deepens donor and supporter engagement, and encourages participation in fundraising campaigns, while respectfully honouring the voice and dignity of the beneficiary at the centre of each story. Through strong creative execution and strategic storytelling, the Communications Specialist supports Chalice’s fundraising goals while upholding brand standards, ethical storytelling practices, and the dignity of the communities we serve.
Donor Relations Specialist
Job Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia.
Reports to: Senior Manager Invitation
We are seeking a sociable and highly service-oriented individual to join our Invitation and Engagement team as a full-time Donor Relations Specialist (DRS). This role serves as a primary point of contact for Chalice supporters, providing exceptional customer service and building meaningful donor relationships aligned with Chalice’s mission and values.
The DRS responds to donor inquiries, processes contributions, and communicates the impact of giving through professional phone and written communication. Through personalized engagement and thoughtful support, this role helps strengthen donor satisfaction, retention, and long-term commitment to Chalice’s work.
