Tondo graduates are making their way in the workforce

From the curious smiles of children who know they are safe and protected to the confident smiles of young adults starting their careers, the Tondo site staff are so proud to see the hard work of their 2025 graduates paying off.

Out of the 23 college 2025 graduates, 19 have 111 already secured employment, which is nearly 83%! Among them, three are showing grit by working full-time while also reviewing for their upcoming Board licensure exams. We also have four other graduates who are dedicating their full time and focus to studying, determined to earn their professional licenses and bring even more pride to their families.

More good news is shared by the vocational school graduates who are also seeing great success with 10 out of the 12 graduates (83%) now officially employed. It is a beautiful sight to see them using the technical skills they worked so hard to master.

“We feel a profound sense of gratitude to see such a high percentage of our scholars moving straight from graduation into meaningful careers,” report site staff. “These results prove that with the right tools and a bit of guidance, our youth in Tondo can truly break the cycle of poverty. Seeing them sign their first contracts and help their families brings a renewed spirit to the site, and we look forward to watching them continue.”
