Job Title: Donor Relations Specialist (Full Time)

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a sociable and highly service-orientated individual for a full-time position in the Invitation & Engagement department to provide exceptional customer service representation for our donor.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support the mission of Chalice
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Communicate with donors verbally and in writing
- Accurately record donor information
- Accurately record financial donations
Required Education and Knowledge:
- Outstanding oral and written English is mandatory, French is an asset
- Training and experience in customer service, including how to effectively speak to donors on the phone
- Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products and Salesforce
- Not-for-profit experience would be considered an asset but is not essential

- 40 hours a week (full-time), at the Chalice office in Bedford, NS
- Must be comfortable working in a Catholic faith-filled environment
- Legally able to work in Canada
